Prof. Sanjay Jadhav, Secretory of Maharashtra Training and Placement Officers (TPO) Association and Dean of Training Placement and Career Cell, Smt. Indira Gandhi College of Engineering, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai spoke with First Education News Team on “Gap Between Education and Skills required in Industry”
He said that there is Gap between Education and Skills required in Industry as our Education system has more theorotical concepts rather than practicle experiance and training.

He also mentioned the importance of role of TPO in any College or Institution. He mentioned that Institute should give free hand to TPO to impliment new ideas and systems to make students more Industry ready.
