International Yoga day was celebrated by the students and the teachers Of Podar International school Deolali on 21st June 2022 with great enthusiasm under the guidance of Principal Mrs. Bhavisha Hirani . The function began with a brief introduction of Yoga Day by the Yoga teacher. Then started the Yoga demonstrations followed by few warm up and simple Asanas which were performed by the Principal Mrs. Bhavisha Hirani, students and the teachers enthusiastically. And the importance of these Asanas was explained to all simultaneously. The function ended with a vote of thanks.
