All uploaded nominations will be screened by a panel of judges.
The judges are given a criteria list on which to assess each application.
The judges will screen each application individually and also as a group in specially arranged meetings.
A shortlist of ten top candidates will be made.
The shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by phone.
The judges will then provide a final list of the top two candidates.
