The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) is going to conduct the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) examination for in-service teachers from May 31 to June 2, 2018 on behalf of Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD), Government of India. D.El.Ed programme is aimed at enabling the target group to develop in them skills, competencies, attitudes and understanding to make teaching and learning more effective. NIOS has designed and developed D.El.Ed. Programme in ODL mode for un-trained in-service teachers at elementary level. It consists of 10 papers, five papers in two semesters of 9 months.
