Bal Seva English Medium School, Pune always believe in promoting good mental and educational support to the students. Considering this, Management of the school, arranged an External Yoga team for mentoring the students in guided meditation and different yoga poses on occasion of International Yoga Day. The Session started on June 21st, 2022 at 8 am

The team from "Sahaj Yog Dhyan Kendra" gave awareness on importance of clam and peaceful mind in a student's life. Various forms of Yoga and Suryanamaskar were performed under the guidance of PT Teacher and Staff.

On this moment management of school borrowed word of UN Secretory-General Antonio Gutteres, in his yoga message said that, "How yoga is truly Universal." for hundreds of millions of people worldwide, Yoga has also been an essential lifeline during the COVID 19 Pandemic, providing an important means of coping with challenges of social isolation and stress"
