According to the latest report BMC on Monday 7th Feb 2022 has asked schools not to force grade 1-8 students to undertake in-person examination BMC has asked to state as well as non state board schools to provide students of grade 1-8 to write the online examination. It has been reported that grade 1-8 falls in purview of civil authority Presently, all schools are conducting hybrid classes but reports says that some parents are complaining about how certain schools are compelling students to write the examination in physical classroom Reports have also quoted principals are elaborating on how offline classes have witnessed more than 60 percent attendance post reopening on 24th January, but when it comes to exams, the mejority if them choose online option. Additionally grade 9-12 is in purview of state education department for which exams are to be conducted in hybrid model. SSC Exams are going to be held offline from next month. Certain schools are holding preliminary exams physically
