Palghar, Maharashtra - In an effort to promote physical and mental well-being among students, a vibrant Yoga Day celebration was organized at Zilla Parishad Shala in Chinchpada on June 21, 2023 by NSS Volunteer of Saraswati College of Engineering, Kharghar. The event, which aimed to spread awareness about the importance of yoga, attracted students from different grades and age groups.

The gathering focused on designing an experience that would resonate with the needs and preferences of the students.The Yoga Day celebration commenced at 10:00 AM and lasted until 11:00 AM, providing an hour of rejuvenation and self-discovery for the participants. Led by an enthusiastic NSS volunteer, Prerana Kadam, the event featured a series of yoga asanas tailored to suit the diverse group of students present. With a total of 47 students in attendance, the atmosphere was brimming with energy and enthusiasm. Two dedicated staff members from the school were also present, ensuring the smooth execution of the event.

The Yoga Day celebration at Zilla Parishad Shala served as an excellent platform for students to explore and experience the positive effects of yoga firsthand.The Yoga Day celebration at Zilla Parishad Shala, Chinchpada, not only provided an enjoyable experience for the students but also served as a stepping stone towards a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.

The special thanks to the staff of ZP school, Chinchada for the opportunity to conduct yoga and guidance throughout the event. The event was successfully done with constant support of our honourable Principal Dr. Manjusha Deshmukh and NSS PO Dr.Sunita Pal.
