Content The Asia's Biggest Solar Car Championship called "Electric Solar Vehicle Championship 2019" has been Organised by Chandigarh University, sponsored by Covestro and Powered by Waree. The A. P. Shah Institute of Technology has bagged 3 prizes 1. Runner up in Adventure class overall performance 2. Winner in Cross Pad 3. Winner in Endurance Test. Around 58 teams from 23 States were participated in the event. The A P Shah Institute of Technology had started " MAC " ,a club of students from the APSIT who design & fabricate solar based automotive which are operated by a DC motor. The main aim of the club is to reduce the usage of organic fuel powered vehicles and design environment friendly electric power vehicles. [SLGF id=3140]
