F. Andrews High School, Santa Cruz is one of the oldest schools in Mumbai established in 1967. The school is having around 700 students right from std. 1st to std. 10th Mrs. Soma Das, working as the Principal of the school spoke with First Education News Team about "importance of Technology in Education." Soma Das Madam said "Technology is an important part of our day to day life. It is also important in Education. We are having Digi-Boards, Projectors etc. Students are more interested in watching the clips and educational videos rather than reading the books or learning the questions theoretically." She further said "The disadvantage of the technology is excessive use of mobiles and internet. Students are not aware about how to use mobile and internet in proper manner. We advice parents to put restrictions on excessive use of mobile and Internet"
