Dr Mahajan is working as a Principal since Last 20 years. He is also General Secretary of University of Mumbai College Principal’s Association. He is member of Management Council of University of Mumbai also Member of Academic Council, University of Mumbai

Dr. Mahajan stated “In 21st Century, Education Sector has undergone tremendous change. Developed Countries are showing path and our developing countries are trying to acquire the technology and knowledge from them. Teaching and Learning Methodology has changed. Practical training is becoming more important to make students employable.

He also stated, “Technology and Media is playing vital role in bringing the change. Students should make the use of technology in proper direction. Teachers and Education Institutes should also guide students to make use of technology to gain more information and knowledge rather than gaming and other unwanted purposes”
